Privacy Policy
AC Bridge ("the Service") lets you drive Claude Code sessions running on your own computer by voice through Amazon Alexa. This policy explains what we handle and why. AC Bridge works with Claude Code but is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Anthropic, and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Amazon.
AC Bridge is a conduit: you dictate a prompt, we route it to a hub on your own machine, your own Claude Code session handles it, and the output is routed back and read aloud. We keep as little as possible to make that round trip work.
What we process, and how it flows
Data travels: Echo → Alexa cloud → AC Bridge relay (Cloudflare) → your local hub →
your own Claude Code session → Anthropic, and the output returns the same path.
- Account identity — when you link your account, our authentication provider (WorkOS, optionally via Google) gives us a user identifier and, where you consent, your email and name. We use it only to route your voice to your sessions and to authenticate you.
- Voice requests — the prompts and commands you dictate are transcribed by Amazon Alexa and passed through to the Claude Code session on your computer. We pass them through; we do not sell or mine them.
- Session metadata & output — session names and the output read back to you, cached briefly so "list sessions" and "read output" work, per authenticated user.
- Operational metadata — request identifiers and timestamps needed to route and debug.
What we do not do
- We do not sell your data or serve advertising.
- We do not store recordings of your voice, and we do not build a profile of your activity.
- We never use or share your Claude credentials — your own Claude Code session, under your own Claude account, makes all calls to Anthropic.
Output is read aloud
AC Bridge speaks your session's output through your Echo. That output comes from your own computer and may include file contents, command results, or other sensitive information, and anyone within earshot may hear it. Only use AC Bridge where that is acceptable to you.
Third parties / sub-processors
Amazon Alexa (voice capture + transcription), Cloudflare (relay hosting + TLS), WorkOS (authentication; Google if you choose Google sign-in), and Anthropic — your prompts and your session's output are processed by Claude Code under your own Claude account and your own agreement with Anthropic. Each processes data under its own policy.
Security
All transport is over HTTPS/WSS. Your voice can only reach sessions linked to your identity, only the paired relay may inject into a session, and actions that need approval are routed back to you as a spoken yes/no prompt rather than run automatically.
Your rights & choices
Unlink the skill at any time in the Alexa app (Skills → Your Skills → AC Bridge → Settings → Unlink), and sign out in the desktop app. To request access to or deletion of the account identity we hold, contact us below.
GDPR (EEA/UK): our lawful basis is your consent and performance of the service you request; you have the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and objection, and may complain to your supervisory authority.
CCPA/CPRA (California): we do not sell or "share" personal information; request access or deletion via the contact below, and we will not discriminate against you for doing so.
Children
AC Bridge is a developer tool and is not directed to children under 13 (or the applicable age in your region).
